| 摘 要： | 目的观察推拿椎枕肌治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法以椎枕肌手法牵引、椎枕肌附着点按摩法、椎枕肌弹拨法以及相关穴位按摩。结果经过1个疗程治疗,痊愈53例,占61·63%,好转27例,占31·40%,无效6例,占6·97%。结论椎枕肌推拿治疗颈性眩晕有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | [Objective] Observe the effect of pyramidal muscle massage treating neck-type dizziness.[Method]Manipulation of traction on pyramidal muscle,massage on the point of attachment of pyramidal muscle,plucking and poking method on pyramidal muscle and massage on concerning acupoints.[Result]After one course of treatment,53 cases are cured,occupying 61.63%;27 better,31.40%;6 has no effect,6.97%.[Conclusion]It has good effect on neck-type dizziness treated with massage of pyramidal muscle. |
