HLA-DRB1?鄢13等位基因与我国汉族人群慢性乙型肝炎关联性的Meta分析

目的:用Meta分析的方法综合评价HLA-DRB1*13等位基因与我国汉族人群慢性乙型肝炎关联性。方法:检索中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库和Medline数据库,依据纳入与排除标准,收集所有相关的病例对照研究,应用RevMan4.2软件对符合条件的研究结果进行Meta分析。结果:符合纳入标准的共6篇文献,合计包含CHB组335例,正常对照组659例,经Egger’s检验未见显著发表偏倚。经综合分析:合并OR值为0.40,95%CI为0.21～0.79(P=0.008),认为HLA-DRB1*13等位基因是我国汉族人群慢性乙型肝炎发生的保护因素。结论:HLA-DRB1*13等位基因与我国汉族人群慢性乙型肝炎的发生具有统计学关联性,且为保护性基因。

Meta-analysis on the association between HLA-DRB1*13 genetic polymorphism and chronic hepatitis B in Chinese Han population

Objective:To assess the association of HLA-DRB1*13 allele with chronic hepatitis B(CHB) in Chinese Han population. Methods:A comprehensive search for articles from 1998 to 2006 was conducted from CBMdisc, VIP database and Medline database. Six epidemiological case-control studies on the association between HLA-DRB1*13 allele and CHB were collected and analyzed using RevMan 4.2 software. Results:A total of 335 CHB cases and 659 healthy controls from these 6 studies were involved.There was no evidence showing a publication bias after Egger's linear regression analysis. The meta-analysis results showed that HLA-DRB1*13 allele might be a protective factor against CHB, and the pooled odds ratio(OR) values was 0.40(95%CI:0.21-0.79,P = 0.008). Conclusion:By meta-analysis, it is suggested that HLA-DRB1*13 allele might be associated with the resistance to CHB in Chinese Han population.
