新形势下高等医学院校学生社团发展与管理模式初探

大学生社团活动,是大学生活中不可或缺的重要组成部分,它不仅可以丰富大学生的课余生活,并且对提高学生全面素质也具有极其重要的意义。高等医学院校较强的专业氛围和环境,促使学生社团的发展更具有特色的一面。通过对北京中医药大学、北京大学医学部、首都医科大学3所院校社团情况的调查研究,从社团通性和特性等方面,对高等医学院校学生社团发展方向和社团管理模式进行探讨,为进一步加强和改进学生社团工作提供依据。

Brief discussion of developing and managing student corporations in higher medical schools under new situations

Activities arranged by student corporations is an important part of college life. Such activities can not only enrich students' spare life, but also help improve students' comprehensive qualities. A relatively stronger academic environment in higher medical schools can make such activities even more characteristic and unique. Investigations carried out in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Medical School of Beijing University and Capital Medical University show that further research and exploration should be done on development direction and management mode of student corporations so as to strengthen and improve our work in this area.
