某医院108名医务人员乙肝病毒感染情况调查

目的调查医院医务人员乙型肝炎病毒感染情况。方法采用ELISA检测方法,操作严格按使用说明进行,借年度例行体检机会,对某医院108名医务人员进行乙型肝炎病毒血清标志物调查,并将工作类别及工龄对感染率的影响进行分析。结果(1)全院医务工作人员总的乙型肝炎病毒感染率为32.4%,HBsAg阳性率为6.5%;(2)HBsAb阳性率为21.3%;(3)临床手术科室乙肝病毒感染率为42.5%,显著高于临床非手术科室24.1%(P<0.05)和非临床科室的28.2%(P<0.05);(4)从事医务工作10年工龄以上的HBV感染率为40.0%,10年之内HBV感染率为25.4%,两组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论长期从事医务工作的人员,尤其是从事与手术操作有关的医务人员,需要实施乙肝疫苗接种等积极的保护措施。

Investigation into Hepatitis B Virus' Infection among 108 Medical Workers

Objective To investigate hepatitis B virus' infection among medical workers. Methods Enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay (ELISA) was applied to the serological test on hepatitis B virus' infection among 108 medical workers. Results (1) The total rate of hepatitis B virus' infection was 32.4%, among which the positive rate of hepatitis B antigen (HbsAg) accounted for 6.5%. (2) The positive rate of hepatitis B antibody (HbsAb) was 21.3%. (3) The positive rate of hepatitis B virus' infection in the operating room was 42.5%, significantly higher than that in non-operating rooms (P<0.05). (4) The hepatitis B virus' infection rate of those who went in for medical work more than 10 years was 40.0%, significantly higher than that (25.4%) of those who worked within 10 years (P<0.05). Conclusion It is required that hepatitis B vaccination be inoculated in order to protect medical workers against being affected.
