| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在社区水平上开展流动人口艾滋病防治的可行性。方法以社区卫生服务中心为骨干,动员其他部门合作,对社区户籍人口、出租屋流动人员和娱乐场所工作人员进行宣传、咨询、检测等干预活动。对干预效果进行问卷和定性访谈评估。结果社区居民、出租屋流动人口艾滋病知识知晓率干预前后分别为40.67%（61/150）、52.17%（60/115）和93.33%（140/150）、86.33%（259/300）。娱乐场所工作人员最近一次性行为中安全套使用率为94%（141/150）,比干预前调查时51.79%（58/112）显著上升。对社区承担艾滋病服务接受性达到60%以上。结论社区有能力开展艾滋病防治工作,这是艾滋病防治工作可持续发展的立足点。
