| 摘 要： | 目的研究对脑梗死患者应用早期康复治疗干预的临床价值和意义。方法随机选取2008年10月-2010年10月间在神经内科住院治疗的脑卒中患者160例,将其分为康复组及对照组。对照组患者主要给予神经内科常规药物治疗;康复组患者在此基础上给予康复干预,包括运动疗法、ADL训练及心理干预等。于治疗前、后采用脑卒中神经功能缺损评分标准（中国）及Barthel指数评分对两组患者进行疗效评定。结果治疗后两组患者脑梗死神经功能缺损评分与Barthel指数评分均较治疗前明显提高,且康复组患者与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论早期康复干预可明显提高脑梗死偏瘫患者运动功能及日常生活活动（ADL）能力。
