| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支气管肺泡灌洗（BAL）在社区获得性重症肺炎并呼吸衰竭的临床价值。方法将40例患者随机分为灌洗组和对照组，灌洗组20例在常规治疗基础上加支气管肺泡灌洗，对照组20例采用常规治疗，观察两组病例的治疗效果。结果灌洗组抗生素应用时间、住院时间、血象恢复时间，均短于对照组，有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。无严重并发症及意外发生。结论支气管肺泡灌洗治疗社区获得性重症肺炎并呼吸衰竭疗效显著，安全可靠，简便易行，值得临床推广。
