| 摘 要： | 目的了解老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD）患者的生存质量,并分析其主要影响因素,为提供有效的防治提供科学依据。方法采用慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者生存质量评估表（QOL）对广州市某医院250例老年COPD患者进行调查,选择社区的500名健康老人作1∶2配对分析。采用逐步回归方法分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存质量的影响因素。结果病例组患者COPD-QOL的日常生活能力、社会活动状况、抑郁状况、焦虑心理状况及生存质量总分分别是3.080±0.681、2.370±0.461、3.140±0.712、2.410±0.457和2.770±0.582,均明显低于对照组的各项得分（分别为1.610±0.245、1.480±0.347、1.340±0.294、1.430±0.412、1.470±0.357）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。多元逐步回归显示：影响COPD患者生存质量的因素是COPD严重程度、年龄、卧床时间、体育锻炼、每日吸烟量和家庭关系。结论老年COPD患者的生存质量明显下降,建议对COPD患者开展综合性社区干预,提高其生活质量。
