| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年糖尿病患者医院感染的临床特点、危险因素及相关预防措施。方法对2004年1月-2009年6月韶关市第一人民医院收治的1483例老年糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果老年糖尿病患者发生医院感染176例，医院感染发生率为11．87％，感染258例次，感染例次率为17．40％。感染部位以下呼吸道最多，其次为上呼吸道、肠道。病原茵以革兰阴性杆菌为主，占67．82％。危险因素为病情严重、并存多种慢性疾病、住院时间长、高血糖、有院外感染、侵袭性操作、应用广谱抗生素、年龄大等。结论老年糖尿病患者易发生医院感染，针对危险因素采取有效预防措施，对降低老年糖尿病患者医院感染率有重要意义。
