| 摘 要： | 目的探讨细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶2（CDK2）在鼻咽癌和慢性鼻咽炎黏膜组织中的表达水平,及其与鼻咽癌的临床病理关系。方法免疫组化SP法检测CDK2蛋白在鼻咽癌和慢性鼻咽炎黏膜组织中的表达情况。结果 CDK2蛋白阳性表达主要定位于细胞核,少数有胞浆着色,呈棕黄色或棕褐色不同强度的染色。62例鼻咽癌组织中阳性表达率为69.4%（43/62）,慢性鼻咽炎黏膜组织中阳性率为32.0%（9/28）,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。CDK2蛋白表达与鼻咽癌分化程度,淋巴结转移范围,TNM分期有关（P〈0.05）。结论 CDK2在鼻咽癌组织中的表达明显高于慢性鼻咽炎黏膜组织中的表达,提示CDK2与鼻咽癌的发生、发展有关。CDK2与鼻咽癌分化程度,淋巴结转移范围,TNM分期有关。
