太极拳训练对军人慢性精神分裂症患者事件相关电位N400的影响

目的探讨太极拳训练对军人慢性精神分裂症患者N400的影响。方法80例军人慢性精神分裂症患者分为观察组(n=39)和对照组(n=41),对照组进行抗精神病药物常规治疗,观察组在抗精神病药物常规治疗的基础上进行为期12周的太极拳训练。治疗前后分别进行N400和阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)测评。结果治疗前2组N400、PANSS各指标差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗前后N400各指标差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组N400潜伏期缩短,波幅升高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组N400潜伏期明显短于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后PANSS量表的总分、阴性、反应缺乏及抑郁因子分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论太极拳训练能够有效改善军人慢性精神分裂症患者的认知功能和阴性精神症状。

Influence of hexagram boxing training on the event-related potential N400 in patients with chronic schizophrenia

Objective To explore the influence of hexagram boxing training on the event-related potential N400 in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods Eighty cases of chronic schizophrenics were divided into the observation group （n = 39） and contral group（ n = 41 ）. The patients in contral group only received antipsychotic drugs therapy. The patients in the observation group received hexagram boxing training for 12 weeks expect for regular medicine therapy. The patients were assessed with N400 and positive and negative syndrome scale （PANSS） before and after treatment. Results There were no statistical significance in N400 and PANSS between two groups before treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. In contral group, there was no statistical significance in N400 before and after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the N400 latency shortened and the amplitude heightened in observation group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the contral group, N400 latency in observation group was shorter after training （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant difference in the marks of total score, negative gene, reaction lack gene and depression gene in PANSS between pretreatment and posttreatment（P 〈 0. 05 ）, and there were significant difference in the marks between two groups after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hexagram boxing training can improve effectively the cognition and negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenics.
