牙列拥挤患者与正常人牙弓宽度和牙弓长度的比较分析

目的探讨牙列拥挤患者与正常牙合]人牙弓宽度和牙弓长度的差异，为临床诊疗提供参考．方法分别选取91名正常牙合]人和101名中重度牙列拥挤患者作为实验对象，年龄16～26岁，平均21岁，运用昆医正畸科开发的牙牙合]模型系统测量两组牙弓宽度和牙弓长度，将测量结果进行比较．结果中重度牙列拥挤组的牙弓宽度和牙弓长度均小于正常猞组，除上颌后段牙弓长度外，其余项目的差异均有统计学意义，而且在这些差异具有统计学意义项目中，除下颌牙弓后段长度外，其余均差异有高度统计学意义．结论牙列拥挤的发生与牙弓宽度和牙弓长度密切相关．

Comparison of Dental Arch Width and Length between Dental Crowding Patients and Normal Occlusion People

Objective To analyze the difference of dental arch width and length between normal occlusion people and dental crowding patients and provide reference for clinic diagnosis and treatment. Method We respectively selected 91 normal occlusion people and 101 moderate ＆ severe dental crowding patients, aged from 16 to 26, average age 21 as experiment samples, then applied dental occlusion model system developed by Kunming Medical College orthodontics department to measure the dental arch width and length of these two sample groups, and compared the results. Results Except maxillary back part arch length and mandibular dental arch back part length, there was significant difference in dental arch between normal occlusion group and dental crowding group. And there was significant difference in mandibular dental arch back part length between the two groups. Conclusion The occurrence of dental crowding is closely related to dental arch width and length.
