针刺治疗缺血性中风后吞咽困难的临床观察

目的观察针刺治疗缺血性中风后吞咽困难的临床疗效。方法将60例缺血性中风后吞咽困难的住院患者随机分为对照组与针刺组,对照组30例采用常规治疗与康复训练,针刺组在对照组基础上配合通关开窍、利咽健吞针刺治疗方法。结果经15,30d治疗,吞咽功能比较,2组均有显著性差异,P〈0.05,针刺组优于对照组。结论针刺治疗缺血性中风后吞咽困难有较好的疗效。

Acupuncture used to treat dysphagia induced by ischemic stroke

Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture on dysphagia induced by ischemic stroke. Method The hospitalized patients (n=60) were randomly divided into the control group (n=30) and acupuncture group (n=30). The control group was given routine treatment and rehabilitation training,and the acupuncture group was given needling therapy of restoring consciousness,opening orifices,soothing throat and improving deglutition besides routine treatment and rehabilitation training. Result After 15 and 30 days the difference in deglutition between two groups was significant (P<0.05). The outcomes of the acupuncture group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion Acupuncture has a good curative effect on dysphagia induced by ischemic stroke.
