武警新兵1028名口腔健康调查报告

目的:了解驻粤某武警部队新兵的口腔健康情况,以便更好地开展口腔保健工作.方法:参考全国第二次口腔流行病学调查方法,调查驻粤某武警部队新兵1 028名,按兵源分为城镇组378名,乡村组650名.结果:调查结果显示驻粤某武警部队新兵的口腔常见病依次为:牙龈炎,牙石,龋齿,阻生齿,牙折,牙周炎,患龋率城镇组明显高于乡村组(P＜0.01),牙眼炎,牙石,阻生齿,牙折,牙周炎的患病率两组无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论:驻粤某武警部队新兵口腔卫生尚未达到要求,应建立官兵的口腔健康档案,加大重点人群的监控力度.

Survey to oral health of the 1 028 recruits of armed police

Objective To explore oral health of repruits of armed police who Garrisoned in guangdong so as to do oral health care much better.Methods 1 028 recruits or armed police were divicea into two groups.The group of 378.recruits came from town and another group of 650 recruits came from country.The two groups were surveyed using methods of the second national oral health epidemiology survey.Results Results showed that usual oral diseases of the recruits were gingivitis,dental calculus.dental caries,impacted tooth,tooth fractmure and periodontitis.Prevalence rate of dental caries of the town recruits was significantly higher than that of country recurits(P<0.01).The other dental diseases between two groups had significant deference(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral health of the recruits of armed police who garrisoned in guangdong did not achieve demand of criterion.It is very important to build file about oral health of soldiers and reinforce surveillance arid control to the population.
