| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急诊绿色通道在抢救急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者中的作用。方法总结我科自建立急诊绿色通道的2年时间里，对其中24例AMI的诊断与治疗情况进行分析，以便了解是否得到有效的治疗。结果24例患者在发病后的〈2h、2～6h、6～12h、〉12h内，得到及时治疗者分别为5例、15例、3例、1例，死亡2例。结论建立急诊绿色通道可以让AMI患者得到及时有效的救治，获得最大收益。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of emergency green track for treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 24 AMI patients were analyzed since the green track was first put into practice.Results Among 24 patients,5 cases were treated within 2 hours after the first episode occurred,15 cases in 2 to 6 hours and 3 cases in 6 to 12 hours.1 case did not receive appropriate treatment until 12 hours after the attack.2 patients died.Conclusion Emergency green track for AMI patient can effectively save t... |
