| 摘 要： | 用RIA测定血清甘胆酸(CG)、透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)含量,结果表明50例慢性活动性肝炎(CAH)组,62例慢性迁延性肝炎(CPH)组和70例肝炎后肝硬化(LC)组血清CG、HA和LN含量与60名对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01),并随着病情的发展而增高。

| Abstract: | Serum levels of hepatic fibrosis markers(including CG、HA and LN)in 50 CAH patients,62 CPH patients and 70 LC patients were significantly higher than that in 60 control group(P<0.01).The values were correspondingly in creased with the progress fibrosis towards of the liver toward development of cirrhosis. |
