| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者血清甲状腺激素水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选择40例急性加重期及稳定期老年COPD患者为研究对象，30例年龄匹配的健康体检者为对照组。应用化学发光免疫分析法测定血清甲状腺激素（TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4）及促甲状腺激素（TSH）水平。并测定动脉血气分析水平。结果COPD急性加重期患者血清TT3水平显著低于稳定期患者及对照组（P〈0．05），缓解期患者TT3水平与对照组比较差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。急性加重期患者TT3与PaO2呈显著正相关（P〈0．05）。结论老年COPD急性加重期患者血清TT3水平低于同年龄健康对照组，测定血清TT3水平对COPD患者病情判断及其预后估计具有一定临床参考价值。
