摘    要:通过对不同商品的江枳实和江枳壳的质量研究,认为鹅眼枳实质量较好;江枳实和江枳壳应属最优质的品种,值得引起注意。

Abstract:Through a study on the quality of different commercial fruits of Citrus aurantium (Zhishi and Zhiqiao) produced in Jiangxi, it has been found that the quality of Eyan Zhishi is good and Jiang Zhishi and Jiang Zhiqiao are the best varieties.
