五灵丸治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床观察

目的观察五灵丸治疗乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法将108例患者随机分为两组,分别给予五灵丸和甘利欣等保肝药治疗,两组疗程均为2个月,观察治疗后30d及60d患者治疗前后血清谷丙转氨酶(LAT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的含量变化。结果五灵丸可明显降低ALT、AST,以降低ALT为优,慢性肝炎轻度病例效果最佳。治疗后30dALT、AST的复常率分别为58.1%、44.2%,治疗后60dALT、AST的复常率分别为69.7%、46.5%。结论五灵丸可明显降ALT、AST,且对慢性肝炎轻度效果较好,更适合门诊病人应用。

Clinical observe on Wuling pill in treating chronic hepatitis B

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on chronic hepatitis B with the drug of wuling pill. Methods 108 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,and treated with wuling pill and diammonium glycyrrhizinate,respectively. The duration for the treatment was 2 months. The LAT and AST in the serum of patients were observed before treatment and 30,60 days after treatment. Results Wuling pill could reduce ALT and AST obviously and especially on ALT. It had the best efficacy on low-grade patient with chronic hepatitis B. The rate of resume of AST and ALT was 58.1% and 44.2% 30 days after treatment. The rate of resume of AST and ALT was 69.7% and 46.5% 60 days after treatment. Conclusion Wuling pill could reduce ALT and AST remarkably,and had better efficacy on low-grade patient with chronic hepatitis B. It was more adaptable for outpatient treatment.
