不同工艺制备的补肾益气活血汤治疗小鼠胚胎着床障碍效果比较

摘    要:目的 比较2种工艺制备的补肾益气活血汤治疗小鼠胚胎着床障碍的疗效,评价工艺的合理性。方法 将妊娠小鼠随机分成4组,从妊娠第1d开始,传统组、改进组分别灌服不同工艺制备的补肾益气活血汤,模型组、正常组则灌服等量生理盐水,除正常组外,其余3组小鼠于第3、4d每天皮下注射吲哚美辛溶液(44mg/kg)2次,各组于第5d各取3只小鼠制作子宫切片,观察子宫内膜腺体上皮、间质及血管的组织形态和超微结构,于第8d,观察胚胎着床率和着床位点数。结果 传统组组织形态与模型组相似,而改进组则与正常组相似;改进组胚胎着床率和着床位点数明显高于模型组(P<0.05),且胚胎着床率高于传统组。结论 改进工艺制备的汤剂作用效果明显高于传统工艺制备的汤剂。

Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of Bushenyiqihuoxue mixture with two different preparation methods on prevented embryo imbed mice, and evaluate their technology which is better. Methods The cyesis mice were divided into 4 groups and were taken orally drugs or saline every day. The mice of traditional group (TG) , improved group (IG) and model group (MG) were injected subcutaneously in-dometacin (44 mg/kg) respectively at 3rd and 4th day 2 times per day. At 5th day, metra-section preparation of 3 mice in each group as prepared, and the endometrial gland epithelia, interstitial and blood vessel were observed. At 8th day, embryo imbed rate and imbed site number were observed. Results The constitution form of TG was similar with that of MG, and the form of IG was similar with that of normal group (NG); The embryo imbed rate and imbed site number of IG were improved markedly as compared with MG (P<0. 05 ); The embryo imbed rate of IG was higher than that of TG. Conclusion The effects of mixture prepared by improved technology is stronger than by traditional technology.
