| 摘 要： | 目的:观察早期应用依达拉奉治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法:将80例高血压性脑出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,分别在入院时及治疗后14 d对患者进行神经功能缺损评分并进行临床评价。结果:治疗组神经功能缺损评分改善情况与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床结局改善明显优于对照组。结论:依达拉奉对高血压性脑出血神经功能康复有明显的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of edaravone early in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Eighty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were freely divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases respectively.The neurological deficiency scores and clinical outcome were evaluated at the beginning and after two-week therapy.Results:The diffences of neural function recovery scores between treatment group and control group has statistical significance.The clinical outcome in treatmen group were significantly increased than the control group.Conclusion:Edaravone can improve effect on the disorder followed by hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. |
