良性前列腺增生症与血糖和血脂等代谢性指标的相关性

目的:探讨老年良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者与血糖、血脂等代谢性指标的临床相关性。方法:收集92例BPH患者的临床资料,采用国际前列腺症状评分表(IPSS)对患者进行评价,所有患者均详细询问病史,并检测空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂系列、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平,采用腹部超声测量前列腺体积(PV)。结果:老年BPH患者PV和PSA随年龄增加而增高;PV与FPG、血清PSA水平呈正相关;与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈负相关;与总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)无相关性。结论:FBG,HDL-C为BPH患者病情进展的独立危险因素,TC、三酰甘油(TG)、LDL-C为前列腺增生的相关危险因素,与BPH之间存在密切关系。

The correlation bwteen benign prostatic hyperplasia and blood fat sugar,blood and other metabolic index

Objective:To explore the clinical correlation between old benign prostatic hyperplasia disease(BPH)and blood sugar,blood fat and other metabolic index.Methods:The clinical datas of 92 elderly BPH cases was collected.To evaluate patients using international prostate symptoms scale(IPSS),all patients were asked in detail about the history,and testing standard fasting blood sugar(FBG),blood fat series,prostate specific antigen(PSA) levels.The prostate volume(PV) was measured by the abdominal ultrasound.Results:The elderly BPH paitens was elder,the PV and PSA of them was higher.The PV,serum PSA level with FBG positively correlated,And high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was negatively correlated,And total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) was unrelated.Conclusion:FBG,HDL-C for patients with BPH was independent risk factors for the disease progression,TC,triglyceride(TG) and LDL-C for the related risk factors for prostate hyperplasia,there is a closely relationship with BPH.
