N端前体脑钠肽检测在脓毒症中的应用研究

目的:检测N端前体脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)在不同程度脓毒症中的水平及其在临床预后中的应用。方法:选择38例脓毒症和25例一般感染患者,采用罗氏心脏标志物分析仪,分别检测血NT-proBNP、肌钙蛋白(cT nT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的水平,同时选择18例健康人作为正常对照组检测上述指标。结果:血NT-proBNP水平在脓毒症组明显高于一般感染组及正常对照组,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NT-proBNP水平在一般感染组与正常对照组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在不同的脓毒症组,血NT-proBNP不同程度地相应升高,其中血NT-proBNP水平在脓毒性休克组最高,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血NT-proBNP水平与血cT nT、血CRP水平在不同脓毒症组间呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NT-proBNP有望成为一个预警脓毒症发生、预测脓毒症病情程度及临床预后的实验室指标。

The applied study on the detection of N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide for sepsis

Objective:To explore the clinical applied vulue of the level of N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) for sepsis.Methods:The levels of NT-proBNP,troponin T(cTnT) and C-reactive protein(CRP) were rapidly detected among 38 sepsis patients,25 general infected patients by roche cardiac reader,18 normal patients were contrast.Results:The NT-proBNP level of sepsis group was significantly higher than the other groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of NT-proBNP level between the general infection and control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of NT-proBNP in each sepsis groups have differently risen.The NT-proBNP level of septic shock group was the highest,the difference among three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The NT-proBNP levels in different sepsis groups were positively related with the levels of cTnT and CRP,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:NT-proBNP is likely as the index of good early warning,forecast serious degree and prognosis in sepsis.
