彩色多普勒超声诊断输尿管结石的临床价值

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDF I)在输尿管结石诊断中的临床价值。方法:回顾分析2008年6月—2010年6月187例输尿管结石患者的临床和CDF I检查资料。结果:187例输尿管结石中,输尿管腹段47例,盆段38例,膀胱壁内段102例;CDF I显示178例,诊断符合率95.2%,其中9例因肥胖和肠道气体干扰漏诊,经体外碎石和中西医结合排石,均获得满意疗效。结论:CDF I检查方便易行,重复性好,检查时尽量减少肥胖、肠道气体干扰和膀胱充盈不够等因素干扰,可提高结石检出率。

Clinical value of color doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of ureterolithiasis

Objective:To explore the clinical value of color doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of ureterolithiasis.Methods:Clinical data of 187 cases of patients with ureterolithiasis who had color doppler flow imaging examination in hospital from June 2008 to June 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among the 187 patients,47 cases were with abdominal ureteral calculi,38 cases of pelvic position and 104 cases of intramural position of the bladder.178 cases were detected by color doppler flow imaging,the accuracy rate was 95.2%.9 cases were missed by color doppler flow imaging because of interference of obesity and enteral gas.All patients had a good efficacy with extracorporeal lithotripsy and integrative chinese and western medical stone expulsive treatment.Conclusion:The color doppler flow imaging examination is convenient and feasible and has a good repeatability.The detective rate of color doppler flow imaging can be improved by avoiding obesity,interference of enteral gas,insufficient bladder distension or other interfering factors during the procedure.
