| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年异常心电图的临床表现,为临床工作中检测老年心电图提供依据。方法:对2009年9月—2011年6月期间门诊和住院有异常心电图的100例老年患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果:老年人心电图异常发生率30.3%,其中,ST段改变、房性早搏、右束支传导阻滞是主要表现形式。结论:心电图检查是早期发现心脏疾病的有效手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical manifestation of elderly electrocardiogram for clinical work,provide the basis for elderly electrocardiogram detection.Methods:To analyze the 100 cases of abnormal elderly electrocardiogram in our hospital form September 2009 to June 2011.Results:In the group of elderly abnormal rate of electrocardiogram is 30.3%,wherein,the changes of ST segment,right bundle branch block,atrial premature beat,is the main form of expression.Conclusion:Electrocardiogram examination,is the effective means of early detection of cardiac disease. |
