| 摘 要： | 目的:分析总结微型钛夹板在颌骨骨折手术中应用的效果。方法:对46例颌骨骨折选用不同形状微型钛夹板进行内固定手术治疗。结果:46例均为一期愈合,咬合关系、颞颌关节功能及面部形态均恢复良好。结论:微型钛夹板在颌骨骨折中,坚强内固定明显优于传统钢板、钢丝内固定及牙弓夹板固定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze and summarize the applications of titanic microsplint in the jaw fracture.Methods:The different shapes of titanic microsplint were used for 46 cases with internal fixation operation.Results:Forty-six cases are all healing by first intention,with teeth,the function of temporal jaws joint and facial formwell.Conclusion:The titanic microsplint in jaw fractures,rigid internal fixation is much better than traditional steel plates,steel wire internal fixation and teeth fixed splinting bow. |
