越秀区新生儿20项行为神经测定应用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨孕母患妊娠期糖代谢异常对早期新生儿20项行为神经的影响,以研究改善其预后。方法:对越秀区妇幼保健院住院分娩的正常儿(对照组),妊娠期糖尿病儿(A组),妊娠期糖耐量受损儿(B组)的病例资料进行对照研究。结果:A,B两组患儿的新生儿20项行为神经测定方法(NBNA)总分异常率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。A,B两组的异常率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。NBNA五大项目评分中,A,B两组的主动肌张力,一般评估与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期检查新生儿20项行为神经,对妊娠期糖代谢异常高危儿减轻脑损伤,改善其预后/促进小儿健康成长非常必要。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of mothers with abnormal glucose metabolism on early 20 items neonatal behavioral neurological assessment,in order to improve their prognosis.Methods:The neonates delivered in Maternal and Child Care Hospital in Yuexiu District were classified into three groups:normal children(control group),children of mothers with gestational diabetes(A group),children of mothers with gestational impaired glucose tolerance(B group).Results:Significant statistic of neonatal beavioral neurological assessment(NBNA) total score was found between A,B group and control group(P<0.05).The difference lay on the muscle tone and general assessment of the neonates,while no significant statistic was found between A group and B group.Conclusion:To exam the 20 items behavioral neuron early is helpful to mitigate the cerebral injury of the high-risk neonates of mothers with abnormal gestational glucose metabolism,which is essential to improve the prognosis and promote the healthy growth of children as well.
