健康教育对住院老年糖尿病患者的影响

目的探讨和分析健康教育对住院老年糖尿病患者的影响。方法利用多种途径对252例住院老年糖尿病患者进行系统教育。内容包括糖尿病的诊断标准、饮食控制、运动疗法、口服降糖药的服用方法和注意事项、应用胰岛素治疗的注意事项、急慢性并发症的预防以及血糖和尿液的监测等。结果健康教育前184例（73%）患者对糖尿病的科普知识不了解,健康教育后下降至13例（5%）,239例患者（95%）掌握了对糖尿病的有关知识;1个月后,空腹和餐后2h血糖达标者明显增加（P〈0.05）。结论健康教育是糖尿病患者获得有关糖尿病知识及治疗技巧的有效途径,能提高患者自我管理能力,减少患者住院次数,缩短住院时间,也节省了医疗费用的支出,避免或延缓了并发症的发生和发展,对提高患者生活质量具有重要意义。

Affect of Health Education be in Hospital on Old Age Diabetic

Objective To investigate and analysis the influence of health education be in hospital on old age diabetics.Methods To use all kinds of nimble approaches to educate 252 cases elder inpatient diabetics. It is content such as diagnostic criteria for diabetes, diet control, exercise therapy, oral hypoglycemic agents and attention to matters of usage, the application of insulin therapy of attention in the prevention of acute and chronic complications, as well as monitoring of blood glucose and urine,etc.Results Before health education 184 cases（73%） of the patients were not understand the science of knowledge about the diabetes, behind health education descend to 13 cases（5%）,239 patients（95%）have grasp the relevant knowledge of diabetes zone months later, fasting and 2h postprandial blood glucose achieved standard obviously increase with normal（P〈（0.05）.Conclusion Health education is not only an effective way for the patients to obtain the diabetes knowledge and treatment skills to enhance self-management ability of diabetics and reduce the number of hospitalized patients and shorten the length of stay in hospital,but also save expenditures in medical cost to avoid or delay the occurrence and the development of complications,It is important to improve the quality of life in diabetics.
