神经内镜经单鼻腔蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤

目的 探讨神经内镜经单鼻腔蝶窦入路在切除垂体腺瘤中的临床应用.方法 采用德国Rudolf公司生产的直径为4mm的0°观察镜,经单鼻腔蝶窦入路,内镜下切除垂体腺瘤26例,其中泌乳素腺瘤16例,无功能腺瘤8例,生长激素腺瘤2例.结果 内镜下全切肿瘤21例,次全切肿瘤5例,术后出现3例一过性脑脊液鼻漏,无严重并发症,术后随访6～12个月,1例复发.结论 神经内镜经单鼻腔蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤是一种创伤小,暴露好,并发症少,恢复快,安全有效的手术方法.

Endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary

Objective To investigate neural endoscopic through single nasal transsphenoidal approach road in resection of pituitary adenoma. Methods 26 prolactin adenoma were removed through the single nasal transsphenoidal approach road by en- doscopic. Results Total resection of the tumor endoscopic 21 cases, time total resection of the tumor in 5 cases, 3 cases of post- operative appear a had sexual cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea, no serious complications, cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months, 1 eases of recurrence. Conclusion The single neural endoscopic nasal transsphenoidal approach road resection of pituitary adeno- ma might be a kind of small trauma, exposure, fewer complications, restore fast, safe and effective surgical method.
