生脉注射液对脓毒症大鼠血液流变学指标影响

[目的]观测生脉注射液对脓毒症大鼠血液流变学指标影响。[方法]将48只SD大鼠按随机数字表法随机分为4组：正常对照组、模拟组、生脉注射液组（低、高剂量）。采用盲肠结扎穿孔术（CLP）复制脓毒症大鼠模型。生脉组自手术前1d开始给药，连续3d，1次／d，低剂量组生药15g／kg，高剂量组生药25g／kg，其它组用等量生理盐水。各组给药3d后禁食20h，不禁水，水合氯醛麻醉，用真空抗凝管及干燥洁净试管，各取腹主动脉血3mL。观测血液流变学指标（全血低切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血高切黏度、血球压积、全血还原黏度）。[结果]模型组大鼠全血黏度（高切、中切、低切）、血浆黏度、红细胞压积指数高于空白对照组（P〈0．01）。与模型组相比，生脉低剂量组、生脉高剂量组全血黏度（高切、中切、低切）、血浆黏度、红细胞压积明显降低（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。[结论]生脉注射液组均能有效改善血液流变性，为中医治疗脓毒症提供了思路。

Effect of Shengmai Injection on Hemorheologic Parameters in Septic Modle Rats

[ Objective ] To study the effects of shengmai injection on expression of hemorheology in septic rat model. [ Method ] Using a sepsis model induced by cecal ligation and puncture （ CLP ） in rat, the septic rats were treated with 2 different doses of Shengmai injection and the one control group and one f sham- operation group. [ Result ] The hemorheology indicators in control group were higher than those of sham-operation group （ P〈0.01 ）, and the hemorheology indicators of the two Shengmai group were lower than those of control group （ P〈0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] Different doses of Shengmai injection are all effectively improve hemorheological parameters in Septic Modle Rats .To Drovid the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the sensis.
