摘    要:目的 探讨血浆CXCL16与冠心病及粥样斑块稳定性的关系.方法 检测正常对照组16例、急性冠状动脉(冠脉)综合征组58例、稳定型心绞痛组22例的血浆CXCL16、基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMP)-1、MMP-2、MMP-9及细胞核因子-κB (nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)浓度,并进行相关性分析.结果 与对照组比较,稳定型心绞痛组和急性冠脉综合征组血浆CXCL-16、MMP-2、MMP-9及NF-κB浓度均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与稳定型心绞痛组比较,急性冠脉综合征组血浆CXCH6、MMP-2及MMP-9浓度显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).相关性分析提示CXCL16与高密度脂蛋白呈负相关(r=-0.368,P<0.05),与C反应蛋白(r=0.392,P<0.05)、MMP-2 (r=0.416,P<0.05)、MMP-9 (r=0.343,P<0.05)及NF-κB (r=0.447,P<0.05)呈显著正相关.结论 CXCH6可能通过NF-κB调节MMPs的水平进而影响粥样硬化斑块稳定性,介导冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的发生及发展.

Abstract:Objectives To explore the correlation of plasma CXCL16 with plaque stability in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Plasma concentrations of CXCL16,matrix metalloproteinases (MMP)-1,MMP-2,MMP-9 and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) in control group (n=16),acute coronary syndromes (ACS) group (n=58) and stable angina pectoris (SAP) group (n=22) were measured and analyzed.Results Plasma concentrations of CXCL16,MMP-2,MMP-9 and NF-κB were significantly increased in both ACS and SAP groups than those in control group (P〈0.05).As compared to those in SAP group,plasma concentrations of CXCL16,MMP-2 and MMP-9 were significantly elevated in ACS group (P〈0.05).Correlation analysis showed that CXCL16 was negatively correlated with high-density lipoprotein (r=-0.368,P〈0.05),but was positively correlated with C-reactive protein (r=0.392,P〈0.05),MMP-2 (r=0.416,P〈0.05),MMP-9 (r=0.343,P〈0.05) and NF-κB (r=0.447,P〈0.05).Conclusions CXCL16 may regulate the MMPs levels through affecting NF-κB,thereby affecting atherosclerotic plaque stability and mediating the progress of coronary heart disease.
