摘    要:创伤外科学教学起步晚,教学经验少,我们对此进行了一些探索,认为:提高教师队伍素质,改变教师的观念是提高教学质量的重要途径;注重多种教学方式的有机结合是提高教学质量的重要手段;强调对学生临床思维和实际工作能力的培养。

Abstract:The traumatology teaching started lately and the teachers have little experience in this area.We have carried on some explorations and drawn the conclusion that to improve the teacher's quality and change the teacher's idea are the important way to improving the quality of teaching and combining several kinds of teaching is the key method to raise the quality of teaching, therefore we should focus on the training of the clinical thought and the practical work ability.
