TURBt与膀胱部分切除术治疗浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌的远期疗效比较

目的 :比较经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术 (TURBt )和膀胱部分切除术治疗浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌的疗效。方法 :对 1989年 1月～ 1995年 7月间的 82例初发浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌手术病例进行长期随访 ,TURBt组 (T组 ) 5 4例 ,膀胱部分切除术组 (P组 ) 2 8例。结果 :T组和P组至第一次复发间隔时间分别为 17.3 8± 7 3 5月和 2 7 5 6± 2 2 2 1月 ,术后1、 2、 3、 5年复发率 ,二组分别为 10 3 %、 2 4 1%、 3 5 2 %、 3 6 4%和 10 7%、 10 7%、 2 8 6%、 3 0 4% ,两组间均无统计学差异 (P >0 10 )。结论 :TURBt和膀胱部分切除术治疗浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌的疗效相似 ,TURBt手术创伤小、并发症少 ,且可反复进行 ,在治疗浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌时 ,应首选TURBt

LONG-TERM OUTCOME OF TURBT VERSUS PARTIAL CYSTECTOMY TREATMENT FOR SUPERFICIAL TRANSITIONAL CELL CARCINOMA OF THE BLADDER

Objective:To evaluate the long-term results of TURBt and partial cystectomy in treating superficial transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.Methods: 82 cases of initial superfical transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder from Jan 1989 to Jul 1995 were followed up ,which included 54 cases of TURBt group( T group ) and 28 cases of partial cystectomy group ( P group ) .Results:The time to the first recurrence of the two groups were 17.38±7.35 months and 27.56±22.21 months , the 1,2,3,5-year tumor recurrence rates were 10.3%, 24.1%, 35.2%, 36.4% in T group and 10.7%, 10.7%, 28.6%, 30.4% in P group ( P>0.10 ).Conclusions:There was no significant difference by TURBt or partial cystectomy in treating superficial transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. The advantages of TURBt were less trauma, less complication and repeatedly performable process, TURBt should be used as the first choice.
