本文结合笔者在德国汉堡医院的针灸交流工作,对针灸在德国大型康复医院的开展情况作了较详细介绍,总结了治疗病种、患者职业分布、疗效等,简要介绍了德国针灸从业者概况.回顾针灸在德国发展简史的同时,展望了针灸在德国良好的发展前景,提出针灸专业人才只有把握文化、心理差异,提高德语水平并提高针灸疗效,才能顺应针灸这一发展趋势.

Present situation and prospects of acupuncture and moxibustion in Germany

The authors introduce acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in big rehabilitation hospitals of Germany in detail in combination with academic exchanges of acupuncture and moxibustion in Hamburg Hospital. The kinds of the diseases treated, careers of patients, therapeutic effects and so on, for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment are summarized, and general situation of acupuncture workers in Germany and development history of acupuncture and moxibustion in Germany are introduced. It is held that acupuncture and moxibustion have good prospects in Germany. And it is put forward that Chinese acupuncture workers should improve their German level, master differences of culture and psychology between Germany and Chinese, so as to rise therapeutic effects of acupuncture and moxibustion.
