| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法：硬性输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗并发急性肾功能衰竭的双侧输尿管结石患者17例。结果：手术时间30~65 min,平均45 min。17例患者均1次治疗成功。术后4 d 17例患者肾功能全部恢复正常。结论：输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术是治疗并发急性肾功能衰竭的双侧输尿管结石有效的方法,具有创伤小,恢复快的优点,并有可能成为治疗并发急性肾功能衰竭的双侧输尿管结石的主要方法。
