农村社区更年期妇女心理健康状况调查分析

目的 :了解并掌握农村社区更年期妇女的心理健康状况 ,及时开展更年期妇女的心理健康教育 ,做好更年期妇女的卫生保健工作。方法 :使用心理健康状况自评量表 (SCL - 90 ) ,对黑龙江省阿城市料甸乡 10 5例更年期妇女进行测试。同时 ,随机调查 10 5例处于更年期的男性作为对照组。结果 :更年期妇女的心理健康状况明显低于男性。在躯体化、强迫、焦虑、人际关系、抑郁、恐惧因子及阳性项目数方面 ,明显高于全国常模 ;在强迫、恐惧、焦虑、抑郁、人际关系方面比更年期男性突出 ,整体心理健康差于男性。结论 :女性在生理及心理上与男性有较大差异 ,比较容易出现机体内分泌代谢异常及植物神经功能紊乱 ,易出现较明显的更年期综合征及不良的心理反应。因而 ,要特别加强对更年期妇女心理健康的指导 ,在她们更年期时给予一定的心理干预。

The Mental Health Survey on the Rural Community Woman in the Life of Menopause

Objective:To explore the mental health status of women in the life of menopause for developing mentalhealth education and providing health care measures. Methods:Using questionnaire SCL-90 to interview 105 women in the life of menopause to select 105 men in the life of menopause as control group. Results: The level of women in the life of menopause was lower than that of men in the life of menopause. The score in some items such as somatic syndrome, obsessive- compulsive, anxiety, interpersonal relationship, depression and phobia was higher than normal separately, especially it is obviously that the syndrome of obsessive- compulsive, anxiety, interpersonal relationship, depression and phobia were much more serious than that of men in the life of menopause.Conclusion:There is significant difference between man and woman not only in physical, but also in psychological, so the woman has tendency to develop endocrinopathy and psychosomatic disorder. It is no doubt to provide necessary psychological intervention for the woman in the life of menopause.
