| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝癌衍生生长因子(hepatoma-derived growth factor,HDGF)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothe-lial growth factor,VEGF)在人肝细胞癌组织中的表达与肿瘤组织微血管形成过程之间的关系和临床意义。方法对108例人肝细胞肝癌及相应的癌旁肝组织标本进行了HDGF、VEGF和CD34免疫组织化学EnVisionTM法检测,并初步分析结果。结果HDGF、VEGF在肝癌组织中阳性表达率分别为63.2%、69.1%;癌旁组织中阳性率分别为16.7%、20.3%。肝癌组织中HDGF、VEGF的表达呈正相关(P<0.05),且两者共同阳性表达与肿瘤微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)值之间呈正相关(r=0.728,P<0.01;r=0.608,P<0.05)。结论肝癌组织中异常表达增高的HDGF、VEGF与肝癌微血管形成过程相关,可作为判断肝细胞癌侵袭能力、血管生成、判断患者预后的参考标志。
