| 摘 要： | 应用奥地利Ｃｏｍｂｉｓｏｎ３３０三维经直肠超声诊断仪，观察前列腺增生病人３００例，图像清晰、直观、立体，内部结构、增生结节清晰可见，较经腹途径及经直肠二维或纵向超声有明显优越之处。排尿时对后尿道观察可了解前列腺增生对后尿道的影响。

| Abstract: | Transrectal 3 dimensional sonography was carried out for 300 cases of BPH and the diagnostic accuracy has been much better than that of transabdominal sonography.The internal structure of the prostate could be clearly demonstrated with 3 different dimensional views at the same site.The physiological changes of the posterior urethra in BPH could be clearly observed during micturation. |
