肾上腺肿瘤增殖细胞核抗原的特征及定量分析

摘    要:为了明确肾上腺肿瘤细胞增殖特征,对肿瘤恶性度及预后作出判断,应用免疫组化SP法对34例肾上腺恶性肿瘤进行增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)检测,并与25例肾上腺良性肿瘤和12例增生、正常肾上腺组织对比,以真彩色图像分析系统对染色片做积分吸光度测定,并进行PCNA指数计数。结果显示:肾上腺恶性肿瘤PCNA表达高于良性肿瘤,两者又高于增生、正常肾上腺表达。结果表明:图像分析积分吸光度测定对判断肿瘤恶性度和不良预后方面有重要价值,PCNA可用于细胞增殖特征评估。

Abstract:PCNA expression was assayed by SP immunohistochemical technique for 34 malignant adrenal tumors,25 benign adrenal tumors and for 10 hyperplastic and 2 normal adrenal tissues as controls.True colour image analysis system and calculated PCNA index were adopted.The results revealed that PCNA expression was higher in malignant adrenal tumors than in benign ones( P <0.01) and was related to the clinical stage of the malignant tumor.Furthermore,PCNA expression in benign adrenal tumors was higher than that in hyperplastic or normal adrenal tissues( P <0.05) and would be of help in their diffrentiation.
