MMP-2、bFGF在子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌病中的表达及意义

目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶－2（MMP－2）和碱性成纤维生长因子（bFGF)在子宫内膜异位症发生发展中的作用。方法：应用免疫组织化学法（SABC法），检测70例异位内膜组织和30例正常子宫内膜组织（对照组）中MMP－2和bFGF的表达。结果：在异位内膜组和对照组中，MMP－2的阳性表达率分别为71．43％和40．00％，强阳性表达率分别为40．00％和6．67％（P＜0．01）；bFGF的阳性表达率分别为65．71％和40．00％，强阳性表达率别为20．0％和0％（P＜0．01）。而MMP－2和bFGF在卵巢子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌症中的肌性表达率，两组间差异均无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论：异位内膜组织中MMP－2的过度表达与异位内膜组织的侵袭力有关，bFGF与子宫内膜异位症的血管生成密切相关，提示MMP－2和bFGF在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展中发挥作用。

Expression and significance of MMP-2 and bFGF in endometriosis and adenomyosis

Aim To investigate the role of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in the pathogenesis of endometriosis(EMs). Methods Expression of MMP2 and bFGF in a total of 100 specimens, that is 70 cases of endometriotic tissues and 30 cases of the normal endometrial tissues (control group) were evaluated by immunohistochemicall staining (SABC methid) with polyclonal antibodies against MMP-2 and bFGF. Results The expression rate of MMP-2 in endometriotic tissues was higher than that in the normal endometrium (P<0.01). Expression rate of bFGF in ectopic endometrial cells was also higher than that in normal endometrial cells (P<0.01). Conclusion MMp2 is overexpressed in endometriotic tissues, which related to the in vasiveness of ectopic endometrial tissues. There were close relationships between bFGF and endometriototic angiogenesis. MMP-2 and bFGF play an important role in the progression of endometriosis.
