磷酸钙骨水泥修复髓室底穿孔的临床研究

摘    要:目的 探讨磷酸钙骨水泥修复髓室底穿孔的临床效果。方法 应用磷酸钙骨水泥修复髓室底穿后常规进行牙髓病治疗共41颗患牙。结果 治疗完毕后X线片有3颗治疗牙超填占7.31%,所有治疗牙随访观察1~2年,其中38颗牙成功,3颗牙失败。结论 磷酸钙骨水泥是较理想的髓室底穿孔的修复材料。

Abstract:Objective To investigate clinical effect on repairing perforations of pulp floors with calcium phosphate cement (CPC). Methods 41 perforations of pulp floors in maxillary molars were repaired with CPC, then the teeth were treated for end-odontic theropy routinely. Results X-ray showed that 3 teeth were over-filled. All of the cases have been followed up for 1 - 2 years, and the results showed that 38 treated teeth were considered to be successful and 3 treated teeth were failed. Conclusion CPC is considered to be a kind of relatively ideal repairing material for perforations of pulp floors.
