| 摘 要： | 报告脊髓圆锥马尾肿瘤83例,男52例,女31例。神经纤维瘤最多见,占37.4％;其次为表皮、皮样囊肿,占26.5％;畸胎瘤等占35.1％。肿瘤位于脊髓圆锥者占46例,位于马尾者占37例。临床表现以神经根性疼痛为最常见,占68例(81.9％);其次为膀胱和直肠功能障碍,占48例(57.8％)。早期明确诊断,及时手术切除肿瘤是提高本病治疗效果的关键。

| Abstract: | The authours reported 83 cases of spinal cord tumors in the conus medullaris and cauda e-quina. Male was 52 cases. Female was 31 cases. The neurilemoma was the most common tumors (37. 4%). The dermoid and the epidermoid were the next common tumors (26. 5%). The other tumors, such as teratoma, were 35. 1%.The tumors located in the conus medullaris with 46 cases . and located in the cauda eqina with 37 cases. The nervous radical pain was the most important clinical manifestation (81. 9%). The dysfunctions of the bladder and the rectum were the next (57. 8%). The early diagnosis and the resection of tumors were the most important procedures for promoting curative effects. |
