| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨十二指肠外伤破裂的手术方法,减少术后并发症。方法:回顾性分析26例十二指肠外伤破裂患者的临床资料,分别采用十二指肠破裂单纯修补和肠壁缺损与空肠吻合术及补片修补术治疗十二指肠外伤破裂。结果:本组26例,治愈24例(92.3%),死亡2例(7.7%)。十二指肠瘘2例(7.7%)。结论:早期诊断、早期手术及合理选择手术方式是治疗十二指肠外伤破裂的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the surgical treatment methods of traumatic duodenal rupture and the reduction of postoperative complications.Methods:26 cases of traumatic duodenal rupture were treated retrospectively by way of single repair of duodenal rupture or anastomosis of intestiual wall defect and jejunum,or path of prosthesis of traumatic duodenal rupture.Results:From the 26 cases,24 cases were perfectly cured(92.3%) and 2 were dead(7.7%);in 2 cases the rupture grew to duodenal fistula(7.7%).Conclusion:Early diagnosis,early operation and rational choice of surgical procedure are very important for the treatment of duodenal trauma. |
