坦度螺酮联合艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的临床研究

目的：探讨坦度螺酮与艾司西酞普兰联合治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法：将符合CCMD一3抑郁症诊断标准的患者60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别用坦度螺酮联合艾司西酞普兰和单用艾司西酞普兰治疗6周，采用HAMD、HAMA评定疗效，用TESS评定不良反应。结果：2组治疗后的第1、2．4、6周末HAMD和HAMA评分均较治疗前下降（P〈0．01），但治疗组低于对照组（P〈0．05），2组疗效比较，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组间的不良反应相近（P〉0．05）。结论：坦度螺酮联合艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的疗效优于单用艾司西酞普兰。

The Clinic Study on the Treatment of Depression by Tandospirone Combined with Escitalopram

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of combination of tandospirone and escitalopram to treat depression. Methods ：60 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group treated with tandospirone and escitalopram, while the control group treated with escitalopram only, for 6 weeks. Using HAMD、HAMA to evaluate the efficacy, TESS to evaluate the adverse reaction. Results：The HAMD and HAMA scores of both the two group were reduced after the treatment （P〈0.01）, the treatment group reduced more than the control group （P〈0.05）. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions of the two groups were similar （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of combination of tandospirone and escitalopram is better than escitalopram only.
