摘    要:为探讨高原低氧耐力的预测指标,先对15名男性健康青年在海拔2261及3417m处进行心肺功能运动试验。结果观察到低氧通气及心搏反应及动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_2)变化出现较早且敏感。随后对15名科考队员、37名采金队员及38名世居藏族(均为健康男性),在海拔4520及5620m现场验证,在运动负荷(VO_2max)时,测定静息及运动时最大心率差值(HRD)、动脉血二氧化碳分压差值(PaCO_2D)及SaO_2差值(SaO_2D),由此求得HRD/SaCO_2D及PaCO_2D/SaO_2D两项指标,分别反映低氧心搏及通气反应能力,与低氧耐力相关密切,经实际验证,与登山能力及高原适应水平间亦有明显相关。

CARDIOPULMONARY EXERCISE TESTING FOR EVALUATION OF HYPOXIC EXERCISE TOLERANCE AT HIGH ALTITUDES
Abstract:In order to study the physiological parameters for appraising hypoxic exercise tolerance at high altitude, fifteen young healthy men received cardiopulmonary exercise test at elevation of 2 261m and 3 417m. The results showed that the hypoxic ventilatory and cardiac responses, and the change of arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_2) appeared early and sensitively. Then, fifteen scientific climbers, thirty-seven golddiggers and thirty-eight native Tibetans(all of them are healthy men) who ascended to altitude 4 520m and 5 620m, all subjects tested by upright cycleexercise during VO_2submax of VO_2max. Then measured the HRD(HRmax subtract HRrest ), SaO_2D (SaO_2rest subtract SaO_2 exercise) and PaCO_2D(PaCO_2 exercise subtract PaCO_2 rest). The cardio-pulmonary responses are defined by the ratio: HRD/SaO_2D and PaCO_2D/SaO_2D. The results showed that these two parameters was significantly correlated to the hypoxic exercise tolerance, the climbing capacity and the altitude adaptability.
