黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎的诊断与治疗

为提高黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎（XGP）的诊治水平，分析了11例XGP的临床资料，结果术前均误诊，术后经病理检查确诊，切除病肾后恢复良好。并就其临床表现、诊断及治疗等问题进行了讨论，认为XGP的诊断应结合病史、症状体征及辅助检查资料进行综合分析，若尿中找到泡沫细胞，XGP诊断可成立；若未找到泡沫细胞，可在超声指引下作细针穿刺活俭以明确诊断；治疗仍以肾切除为主。

Diagnosis and treatment of xanthogranulomatons pyelonephritis

To improve the diagnosis and treatment of xanthogranulomatous pyelonephrit is, reported 11 cases of XGP proved by pathology were presenfed,all of which were diagnosed wrong before operation. And recovered well after resecting the pathological kidney. It was considered that investigating XGP should combine the case history. Clinical sign and accessory examination,if the foam cell could be found in urine,XGP could be diagnosed,if not,fine-neelde puncture under ultrasound guidance should be done in order to confirm diagnosis. The resecting pathological kidney is a major method in the treatment of this disease.
