| 摘 要： | 目的：观察加味升降散加减治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分为两组，治疗组60例用加味升降散治疗，对照组60例用乙肝解毒胶囊治疗：结果：治疗组总有效率为85％，而对照组仅为70％，两组比较，P〈0．05。结论：加味升降散具有降低谷丙转氨酶、促进肝脏代谢和抑制病毒复制的功能。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect on chronic hepatitis B treated by modified Shengjiang power. Method： 120 cases randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in the treatment group were treated by Shengjiang power and cases in the control group treated by Yigan Jiedu capsules. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85% and 70% in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Shengjiang power had the effects of reducing glutamic - pyruvic transaminase, promoting hepatic metabolism and inhibiting virus replication. |
