摘    要:目的分析ICD-9和ICD-10循环系统疾病编码的差异对其实际应用产生的影响。方法利用2001年和2002年《全国卫生统计年报/鉴》资料,结合ICD-9和ICD-10编码对其统计条目进行比较分析,以肺源性心脏病为例,利用相关数据较详细地予以阐述。结果卫生年鉴由于ICD-9和ICD-10编码的变动使循环系统部分疾病的统计口径发生变动.2002年肺源性心脏病的病死率利用相关数据折算约为6.91%,与2001年的7.90%相比,下降幅度为12.53%。结论ICD编码的调整变动不可避免地会对其应用产生影响,只有充分了解ICD编码变动的特点,才能灵活地对现有数据进行拆分和整合,充分合理地利用现有资料。

Abstract:Objective To analysis the effect of differences between ICD-9 and ICD-10 on its application. Methods Using the data from National Health Statistical yearbooks, we compare the statistic categories of circulation system diseases on the basis of ICD-9 with those on the basis of ICD-10, and the pulmonary heart disease is an example to explain these differences. Resuits The ranges of statistic of some diseases in the National Health Statistical yearbook is changed due to these differences. After adjusted, the fatality rate of the pulmonary heart disease in 2002 is 6.91%. Conclusion The differences betweenn ICD-9 and ICD-10 can affect their application inevitably and it is necessary to consider it when we use data.
