| 摘 要： | HSV有HSV-1和HSV-2两型,Vero细胞和鸡胚细胞对HSV-1和HSV-2的敏感性不同,前者对HSV-1的敏感性较HSV-2高,而后者则相反;HSV-1在Vero细胞上的感染滴度比在鸡胚细胞上至少高4.0TCID_(50)/0.05ml,而HSV-2则平均低1.84TCID_(50)/0.05ml。这种敏感性和感染滴度的差异,可作为HSV分型的生物学指标,具有实用意义。

| Abstract: | Herpes simplex viruses (HSVs) are of two types, namely, HSV-1 and HSV-2. There exists a different susceptibility to HSVs between Vero cells and primary chicken embryo cells(PCE). Vero cells have a higher susceptibility to HSV-1 than to HSV -2, and the PCE cells show the contrary. The infectivity titre of HSV-1 in Vero cells is 4.0 TCID_(50)/ 0.05ml higher than in PCE, while the infectivity titre of HSV-2 is 1.84 TCID_(50)/0.05ml lower averagely. The differences of the susceptibility and the infectivity titre are valuable and can be considered as a biological marker of typing HSVs. |
