秦艽党参汤口服配合思密达灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎

目的　观察秦艽党参汤口服配合思密达灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)的临床疗效。方法　将 5 0例患者随机分为两组 ,除采用一般治疗外 ,治疗组 30例 ,采用秦艽党参汤口服 ,并用思密达 10 g于 10 0 m L 温盐水中灌肠 ;对照组 2 0例 ,采用口服柳氮横吡啶 (SASP)口服配合泼尼松龙 10 0 m L 溶于 10 0 m L 温盐水中灌肠。结果　治疗组总有效率为 98% ,对照组为 70 % ,前者对改善症状和疗效较好 ,治疗期间无明显副作用。结论　秦艽党参汤口服配合思密达灌肠是临床治疗 U C较理想的手段之一。

Clinical study on qingjiaodangshentang decoction combined with smecta enema for treating ulcerative colitis

Objective For the purpose of studying the therapeutical effect of orally given qingjiao dangshentang decoction plus smecta enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC).Methods Fifty cases with UC were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly:Besides receiving routing treatment,the treated group (30 cases) received oral qingjiaodangshentang decoction combined with smecta enema (10 g smecta in 100 mL warm saline water),while the control group (20 cases) received oral medication of salicylazosulfapyridine (SASP) combined with prednisolone enema (100 mg prednisolone in 100 mL warm saline water).Results The total effective rate in the treated group was 98%,and that in the control group was 70%.A better therapeutical effect was obtained in the treated group,without notable side effect.Conclusion Oral qingjiaodangshentang decoction combined with smecta enema is one of the desirable medication ways to treat UC.
